Returns
We accept returns according to the Ripe Returns Policy which you can see in full here.
Returns must be processed through this portal within 14 days.
Full priced items (including where a discount code has been used) are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Outlet items are eligible for a store credit only.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning a full priced item for a refund as well as a sale item, please create two separate returns, as we unfortunately cannot issue two different credit types on one lodgement (refund + store credit)
