OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind about an item after you have made your purchase in store or online, we are happy for you to return it for a refund, exchange or credit note providing;
a) Item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase
b) Item(s) have not been worn or washed
c) Original tags are still attached
d) Original receipt or a copy of is presented with returned goods
In Store Purchases: We cannot accept returns for SALE items, swimwear, hosiery, lingerie or formal dresses. We are happy to exchange the size of your purchased sale items (within 14 days of purchase).
Online Purchases: We cannot accept returns for SALE items or hosiery. We are happy to exchange the size of your purchased sale items (within 14 days of purchase).

Customers are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the item is faulty as long as the item is returned within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at the discretion of Ripe Maternity.
ONLINE RETURNS
We appreciate it's not always easy purchasing garments online and we understand that you may need to return items occasionally. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase; if you are not we will happily swap it for a different size, colour, style or even refund your purchase (excluding the freight, duties & tax fee) if you choose.
All freight, duties and tax costs will be covered by customers outside of Australia.
We will cover postage costs for Australian customers, for the 1st exchange item(s) that we send back to you. Postage costs for subsequent exchanges will be incurred by the customer.
Australian Customers
For customers within Australia who are not completely satisfied with their purchase, item(s) may sent back or returned to a Ripe Maternity store (excluding Myer) within 14 days of the purchase date. After this time, Ripe cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Customers Outside of Australia
For customers outside of Australia, all ‘change of mind’ returns are to be sent to ‘Ripe Maternity Online’ for a refund or exchange. Returns must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date. After this time, Ripe cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing faults.

Manufacturing Faults
If you find that you receive a garment with a manufacturing fault and you would like us to repair, refund or exchange your purchase please contact us for further information by calling 1800 680 110 or email us at onlinereturns@ripe.com.au
To return an item to Ripe Maternity online:
1) In its original condition, pack your item in secure packaging.
2) Simply fill out the Online Returns/Exchange Form supplied in with your order. If you did not receive an Online Returns/Exchange Form, you can download a copy from this page, email us at online@ripe.com.au or call 1800 680 110.
3) Complete the Returns form with as much detail as possible to include complete contact details, reason for return and details of the product(s) you would like as an exchange for unless you would prefer a refund instead.

Ripe does not take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. We suggest you return goods with registered post.
To return an item to a Ripe Maternity store:
If you would prefer to return your online purchase in store, you can do so in any Ripe Maternity store (excluding Myer) under the above conditions. You will need to present your online invoice and the credit card used to make the original purchase.
