Shipping to New Zealand will take approximately 2 - 5 days.
Shipping to USA / Canada / Mexico will take approximately 5 - 10 days.
For delivery to these countries we use Fed Ex.
Shipping to Asia / Europe / Other Countries will take approximately 5 - 10 days.

How much will postage cost?
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia.
Internationally, our charges are as follows:
New Zealand $20.00 AUD
USA, Canada, Mexico $20.00 USD
Rest of the World From $30.00 AUD
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local Australian Air Express/FedEx depot or your local post office for pick up.
Can you track my order?
After you finalise your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed with an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, contact us at online@ripe.com.au and we will track it for you.
