Returns Policy

Our Return Policy

We appreciate it's not always easy purchasing garments online and understand that you may need to return items from time to time. We are committed to complying with the Consumer Guarantees as legislated by Australia Consumer Law and accept returns on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise at any Ripe Maternity store within a reasonable timeframe.

Full Price items

Change of mind returns are accepted at any Ripe Maternity store (excluding Myer) on full price garments, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition (including all tags attached), accompanied by original receipt and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Online purchases: Change of mind returns are not accepted on hosiery or lingerie/underwear.

In store purchases: Change of mind returns are not accepted on swimwear, hosiery, lingerie/underwear or formal dresses.

Myer store purchases must be returned at Myer.

Sale Items

We will happily exchange your sale item/s for a different size, colour or style, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition (including all tags attached), accompanied by original receipt and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds can only be issued on sale items if faulty or wrongly described.  Full priced items may not be refunded after the exchange of a sale item unless faulty or wrongly described.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or be re-issued if lost or stolen. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact the Online Returns Department on 1800 680 110 or by emailing onlinereturns@ripe.com.au. Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion.

zipPay Purchases

zipPay purchases cannot be returned instore.

Simply fill out the Online Return Form and send it back to us at the address below with the item/s you wish to return.

Simply fill out the Online Returns/Exchange Form and send it back to us at the address below with the item/s you wish to return. We recommend using a traceable form of postage as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited (this may take longer if you are returning goods from outside Australia). Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

At a store

Simply take the item/s you wish to return in to any Ripe Maternity store (excluding Myer) show your online receipt and the credit card used for your purchase and our store staff will be happy to assist you.
