North American Returns

We appreciate it's not always easy purchasing garments online and understand that you may need to return items from time to time. We are committed to complying with your statutory rights and accept returns on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.

We hope you love your new purchase, however if something isn’t right we are happy for you to return for a refund.  Unfortunately we cannot provide exchanges or accept change of mind returns on hosiery or lingerie

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact the Online Returns Department by emailing onlinereturns@ripe.com.au. Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned with proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you but you may be entitled to have the goods repaired, receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion.

You must obtain an RA number by emailing onlinereturns@ripe.com.au before returning any items. 

Simply fill out the Online Returns/Exchange Form and send it back to us at the address below with the item/s you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your RA number is clearly written on the outside of your parcel to avoid any processing delays.

 We recommend using a traceable form of postage as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.  Any parcels without a clearly displayed RA number will unfortunately be held up and may not be processed within this time frame.
