Last week we dedicated our #realtalk to International Women’s Day – and many of the conversations that followed with family and friends in our community focussed on taking a career pause.

So, we don’t know who needs to hear this, but just because you decide to take a career pause for motherhood, doesn’t mean you need to overextend, downplay, or doubt yourself.

Take the lessons and perspectives from motherhood and stand taller than ever before.
