Do I need an account to shop online?
You don't need to have a Ripe account in order to shop online with us but it does have it's benefits!
By logging in to your account, you can:
- view and track your online orders
- store multiple shipping addresses
- edit your personal details
- leave reviews on products from past purchases
- submit an refund or exchange
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of major cards and payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Amex & PayPal.
We also accept buy now pay later options AfterPay & Zip Pay.
All our prices are in AUD.
Which size should I purchase?
All of our styles are designed with maternity and nursing in mind, and we recommend that you purchase the size that you usually are, unless you have gone up or down a size since becoming pregnant.

How do I use a discount code online?
You can enter your Discount Code in the 'Apply Discount Code' section at the Checkout.
Once you press APPLY, the discount will automatically be deducted from your total owing.
You can only use one discount code at a time. For example, if your VIP discount has been automatically applied, and you add a sale discount code, your VIP code will be overwritten with the new one.
You can still use a Gift Card at the same time as a discount code though.
Can I use my Gift Card online?
Yes! Our physical and digital gift cards can be used both online and in our Ripe stores. Sorry, they cannot be used at the Ripe Outlet store.
Can I use my Online Ripe Store Credit?
If you have received a Ripe Store Credit notification from our online returns department, you can enter your code and pin in the Checkout section under 'Apply Gift Card'.
Can I use my Store Credit Note online?
If you have been issued a Credit Note through one of our retail stores, it will need to be converted to an Online Store Credit before you can use it online. Please email us at hello@ripe.com.au and we can do this for you straight away.
Can I use my Baby Card online?
Absolutely! Follow these simple steps to use the Baby Card online:
- Head to https://thecardnetwork.com.au/pages/the-baby-card
- Scroll down to How to Use, and select Ripe Maternity.
- Select Online, then click Proceed.
- Follow the prompts to swap your Baby Card over to a Ripe Gift Card.
Success! Once you receive your new Ripe Gift Card, you will be able to use that to shop on our online store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We generally process our orders pretty quickly once they are received, so it is unlikely that we will be able to change your order once it has been received. Please email us at hello@ripe.com.au as soon as you are aware of the error and we will try our best to help.
Delivery & Returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $100, and a $9 flat fee for orders under $100.
Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $12.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 2pm Mon- Fri will generally be dispatched the same day. During sale time and promotional events, the processing time may be slightly longer.
Please note that once parcels leave our warehouse, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are unfortunately out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many different countries around the world!
PLEASE NOTE: Rest of World – we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees after an order has been placed for more remote international destinations.
If you are ordering from USA, Canada, or Mexico please visit our USA website at www.us.ripematernity.com to order. We ship directly from our warehouse in USA.
Do I need to pay Duties & Customs charges?
You may be required to pay Import Duty and Taxes when your parcel is received in your country, so we highly recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information before you order.
Do you provide Refunds?
We are happy to provide a refund for full priced merchandise within 30 days from date of order as long as the following conditions are met:
- the item was purchased at full price
- the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags intact.

Do you provide Exchanges?
We offer exchanges for size only through our Online Portal. If you would like to return your garment for a different product, you will need to lodge a return and then repurchase the product separately. You will be eligible for a refund on full price merchandise, or a Credit Note for sale or outlet items. Our Credit Notes are valid for 12 months so you will have plenty of time to repurchase.
You can also return your item/s to one of our stores for an exchange, as long as the item is in new condition with it's original tags and you are able to provide a proof of purchase (receipt or online order number). Excludes Outlet items.
What happens when I return an item and I have paid with AfterPay or Zip Pay.
If you purchased a full priced item/s, you will be refunded the full amount of your item/s excluding the delivery cost directly back to your Afterpay or Zip account.
If you purchased a sale or discounted item, you will receive a Credit Note, as per our standard Returns Policy.
Unfortunately we cannot process Afterpay or Zip refunds in any of our stores, so please return all Afterpay or Zip orders back by post to our Online Returns department.
We are able to offer an exchange instore for a different size or product of equal or greater value however. This applies to full price items only. Please ensure that you have your Order Confirmation email handy to present instore for the exchange.

Do you offer bra fitting in your stores?
We do indeed. You can either call any of our stores to make an appointment with them directly or you can book through our Online Booking Form here and we will get back to you with a confirmation.
Please note, bra fittings are not available at our Outlet store.

Can I pay with AfterPay or Zip Pay in your stores?
Sorry we don’t offer Zip or Afterpay in our stores at the moment but this may be something we will look at implementing in the future.

Do you have a VIP Program?
Yes we do!
Become a Ripe VIP and enjoy 10% off full priced Ripe branded items instore and online for an entire year. Plus receive email updates on new arrivals, special offers, sales & more!
To become a VIP, you simply need to spend $300 in one transaction either online or in one of our stores. Your VIP status will be applied to your account within 7 business days. If you haven't activated your online account yet, an email will be sent with a link to do this. You are then entitled to 10% off future orders of all Ripe brand purchases for the entire year.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to your emails?
You can subscribe to our emails using the 'Sign Me Up' link
at the bottom of our website.
You can unsubscribe easily at any time using the Unsubscribe link on the bottom of all of our emails.
Why can't I log in to my acount?
If you have trouble logging into your account, please select the 'Forgot Password?' link on the Log in/Sign Up page.
We will then send you an email to re-set your password.
