Marketing Manager, VIC
About the Role
Ripe is seeking an full time experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in a pivotal leadership role. You’ll drive brand growth, deliver impactful campaigns, and ensure a seamless, elevated customer experience across every channel, from retail and eCommerce to content and creative production.
This role is perfect for a hands-on, strategic marketer with a passion for fashion, storytelling, and building meaningful connections with customers. You will also manage a small team of direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead Ripe’s Marketing and Campaign Strategy, including seasonal brand and promotional plans.
- Oversee photoshoots and creative production from concept to post-production.
- Deliver engaging content across email, website, and brand communications that reflects our tone and style.
- Manage partnerships, collaborations, and brand events to grow awareness and engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Retail to align marketing activity with commercial goals.
- Manage budgets, report on performance, and continuously optimise activity for results.
