Belinda is a mum of two and our Sales Manager at Ripe, balancing busy workdays with life at home. Motherhood, she says, has completely changed her, in the best way.
“Motherhood taught me a love I never knew existed and a strength I never knew I had. It reshaped my priorities and strengthened my values. It's now the simplest moments with my kids, their laughter and their affection, that bring the greatest joy.”
For Belinda It’s about perspective. It’s about knowing what matters most at the end of the day. Her story is a reminder this International Women’s Day that women don’t leave themselves behind when they become mothers, they grow. They lead, they nurture, and they redefine what balance looks like in their own way.
The Growing Mother
Caitlin is a mum of one and is expecting her second, currently on maternity leave from teaching as she prepares to welcome her newest addition. Right now, life looks a little different, balancing toddler days with pregnancy and soaking up these final weeks as a family of three before becoming four .Being a mum, she says, has been the most grounding experience of her life.
“It’s shown me a kind of love that’s deep and steady and bigger than anything else. It hasn’t changed who I am, it’s just made everything feel bigger. Bigger love, bigger responsibility, bigger appreciation for the little things.”
Motherhood has shaped her into a woman who trusts herself more, who cares less about the noise and more about what feels right for her family. Softer in some ways, stronger in others, and far more present.
The Evolving Mother
Chanel is a digital creator and model who has recently welcomed her second baby. You may recognise her from our Autumn Winter Campaign, where she was photographed while pregnant with her second, a special moment in time as she prepared to grow her family.
Now, stepping into life with two little ones, it feels like a natural continuation of that chapter. From bump to baby, her journey reflects the everyday reality of motherhood and the changes that come with it.
“Being a mother means being someone’s safe place to grow and be loved for who they are. It’s the hardest job in the world but also the most rewarding.”
