Exercise Your EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days after receiving their order.
To exercise this right electronically, please use our withdrawal request function available at the bottom of this page. When submitting your request, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal. We will provide confirmation of receipt by email.
PLEASE NOTE:
- For orders delivered to the European Union, customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Where a withdrawal is exercised within the applicable withdrawal period, Ripe Maternity will refund the purchase price of the returned goods together with the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Any additional charges for premium or express delivery services are non-refundable.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags attached. Customers may inspect and try on items as they would in a physical store; however, items must not be washed, altered, damaged, or worn beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and fit.
Returns may be subject to a reduction in refund where the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
For hygiene reasons, certain sealed products are not eligible for withdrawal once unsealed, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return under our voluntary returns policy. However, customers located in the European Union retain any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (in particular Nursing Bras, Briefs, and Underwear).
