How Afterpay works
Afterpay is now available for online purchases only. Unfortunatley, we do not offer Afterpay in Ripe stores at this stage.

- Select Afterpay at checkout
- You will be taken to the Afterpay page to log into or create your Afterpay account, with instant approval decision.
- Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
- Once your payment is confirmed you will be diverted back to our website to receive your order confirmation.

Pay over 6 weeks. Get what you need now. Make your first payment when you purchase and the rest over 6 weeks. Afterpay will send you the reminders, so you never need to miss a payment.
Never pay interest. Afterpay never charge interest. Full stop.
No fees when you pay on time. Afterpay is free when you pay on time. Pay nothing to sign up, no establishment fees, no monthly account fees. *
Smart spend limits. The Afterpay spending limits start at around $600 and only increase gradually with responsible spending behaviour.

What if I need to return an item purchased using Afterpay?
Please visit our Online Returns Portal to process a returns request, then follow the instrustions in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately we cannot process refunds through Afterpay in any of our stores, so please return your Afterpay order back by post to our Online Returns department.
We are able to offer an exchange instore for a different size or product of equal or greater value however. This applies to full price items only. Please ensure that you have your Order Confirmation email handy to present instore for the exchange.
When sending your return to us we highly recommend using a traceable form of postage as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.
Your refund will be credited via Afterpay to your original payment method.
Who can create an Afterpay account?
Anyone who is over 18 years of age and an Australian resident may be eligible for an Afterpay account.
