Zip Pay is a fast, secure and easy way to get what you need today and repay it on a schedule the suits you, interest free *

Zip Pay is now available for online purchases only. Unfortunatley, we do not offer Zip Pay in Ripe stores at this stage.

  • Select Zip Pay at checkout
  • You will be taken to the Zip Pay page to log in or to create your Zip Pay account.
  • Set up your repayments to suit your lifestyle
  • Once your payment is confirmed you will be diverted back to our website to receive your order confirmation.

 

What is Zip Pay?

Zip Pay is an interest-free online shopping wallet with a credit limit of up to $1000, which allows you the chance to buy now and pay later, on your terms.

Repayments start from as little as $10 per week, depending on your balance.

Fees There is a $7.95 monthly account fee which is waived if you pay your balance in full by the due date. A late fee of $5 is charged if you don't meet your scheduled payment date.

What if I need to return an item purchased using Zip Pay?

Please visit our Online Returns Portal to process a returns request, then follow the instrustions in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately we cannot process refunds through Zip Pay in any of our stores, so please return your Zip Pay order back by post to our Online Returns department.

We are able to offer an exchange instore for a different size or product of equal or greater value however. This applies to full price items only. Please ensure that you have your Order Confirmation email handy to present instore for the exchange.

When sending your return to us we highly recommend using a traceable form of postage as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.

Your refund will be credited via Zip Pay to your original payment method.
