Feeling a little apprehensive as your due date approaches? You’re not the only one! If you’re thinking about your Birthing Plan, you may want to think about your environment, and what role music will play in your delivery.

There are of course songs to help calm, soothe, and inspire – and then those that give you the encourage you need for ‘The Final Countdown’ (pun intended).

So, what makes a great Birthing Playlist? It very much depends on what music you’re into.
