Arms area too tight

I had to pay postage to return this dress. The arms area is uncomfortable too tight and uneasy to put on. I find some of Ripe clothes measurement does not fit well. Needs improvement.

Unfortunately not true to size

Have purchased many items from Ripe and thought I knew my size. However this was very small for size and I had to return it.

Material was stiff with no stretch. Love the look of it and the quality looked great. Sad it didn’t fit.
