White undershirt doesn’t sit nicely

Currently 34 weeks pregnant and normally a size M. I purchased two sizes- M and L - just in case and with each of them the white undershirt puffs out weirdly at the waist. (Makings pregnant tummy look ten times bigger). I won’t be wearing this while pregnant but maybe once baby arrives it will sit nicely as a nursing top?
