Comfy, but sleeves too long and buttons gape

Per the title! The buttons gape, so having these closer together or having multiple snaps instead of buttons would be great. It would also be great to have this in more colours that aren't completely neutral - most things on the Ripe website have a crew neckline or higher, and those of us with large breasts don't look good in those...
